With the addition of a 40 channel DWDM optical component test measurement system analyzer, Garwood can provide services second to none. The measurement capabilities include, but are not limited to, Polarization Dependant Loss (PDL), insertion/return loss, waveshape, peak and center wavelength, crosstalk (both adjacent and non-adjacent) as well as bandwidth and passband ripple. The system contains a built-in C-Band tunable laser source that can sweep the entire C-Band, for complete component characterization, a requirement for GR-1221.
